Villa Birnbaum represents the sensitive reconstruction of a unique historic villa in the neighbourhood of the Teplice Spa, the oldest in Central Europe. It will house a one-of-a-kind intimate hotel project with 15 premium apartments, with an emphasis on the original architectural character, layouts and refined materials.
A boutique hotel of the highest quality will connect the historic character of the building with the most modern standard of living and technology.
The project draws on the DANDREET team's extensive experience with the sensitive restoration of historic buildings and connects history with the most modern operating standard.
