Holešovický pivovar is a sensitive transformation of a historic industrial site into a modern urban district with apartments, shops, offices and public space.
04 · Olomouc
Galerie Šantovka Phase II
Galerie Šantovka Phase II was designed to further enhance the highly successful concept of Galerie Šantovka and intended to move the project to the super-regional scheme level. It was to comprise 24,600 m² of new space and roughly 100 retail units on two floors.

Galerie Prostějov
The Galerie Prostějov project was created with a vision to become an intimate retail centre of the highest quality in the very centre of the city between Křížkovského and Wolkerova streets.
06 · Olomouc
Šantovka Tower
The residential tower next to Galerie Šantovka was a bold vision for living in the centre of Olomouc. The Benoy-designed project proposed a 75-metre building with a predominantly glass facade and panoramic views over the entire city.
