Galerie Šantovka
Galerie Šantovka represents the first phase of the overall revitalisation of an 11-hectare former industrial site in the centre of Olomouc. The project was designed by Benoy in cooperation with A8000. It is a Building of the Year 2014 laureate and winner of the 2013 CIJ Journal Award for Best Shopping Centre Development.

Galerie Teplice
Galerie Teplice ranks amongst the most dominant shopping galleries in Northern Bohemia. In 2025 it was extended to a total area of almost 25,000 m² and now offers more than 90 shops and services. The project received recognition in the prestigious Best of Realty competition.

Residential · 240 apartments
Šantovka Living
Šantovka Living is the second phase of the revitalisation of the former Milo factory site in Olomouc. It offers 240 modern premium apartments on a unique peninsula bordered by the Morava River and Mlýnský Stream. After completing design and preparation, DANDREET successfully sold its ownership interests in the project to further investors.
