DANDREET a.s., with its registered office at Washingtonova 1624/5, 110 00 Prague 1, Company ID: 28383796, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 14236 (the "controller"), processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Through the contact form we process the data you provide to us: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message.
We process the data solely to handle your enquiry and for related communication. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to received messages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where applicable, taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication, but no longer than 2 years from the last contact, unless a reason for longer retention arises (e.g. conclusion of a contract).
We do not share personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes. Only our technical providers (web hosting, e-mail services) may be involved in processing, acting as processors. The website embeds Google Maps — loading a map transfers your IP address to Google; see the Google Privacy Policy for details.
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
