DANDREET is a development and investment company focused on creating and long-term management of large commercial and residential projects. Our investments support the development of central urban areas and regions and create many new job opportunities.

Management team
Luděk Schmidt
Founder & CEO
He studied at the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Science of Charles University and also at the University of Delaware in the USA. He previously served as CEO of major international and Czech real estate corporations. He has worked in the industry since 1994 and has delivered many significant retail, residential and office projects.
Lukáš Čepelka
Development Director
He graduated from the Technical University of Liberec. Since 1995 he has worked in real estate development, including as a senior developer at ING Real Estate. He has extensive experience with multifunctional, office, hotel and residential projects. At DANDREET he is primarily responsible for managing project development in regional cities.
Veronika Bloomfield
Chief Operating Officer
She studied at the Prague University of Economics and Business. Before joining DANDREET, she worked at ING Real Estate Development as a developer on several successful retail and office projects. At DANDREET she oversees operations as well as marketing and leasing of shopping centres.
Filip Kulhánek
Leasing & Marketing Director
He graduated from the Prague University of Economics and Business. Before joining DANDREET, he worked at the international consultancy King Sturge and as a developer at ING Real Estate Development, where he participated in several residential and commercial projects. At DANDREET he is responsible for shopping centre leasing and marketing activities.
Klára Vejvodová
Chief Financial Officer
She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the Prague University of Economics and Business. Before joining DANDREET, she worked in the finance department of the international pharmaceutical company Pfizer. At DANDREET she is responsible for financial management of the entire group.
Romana Šebková
Head of Administration
She graduated from the Faculty of International Relations at the Prague University of Economics and Business. For more than 15 years she worked in marketing and advertising for leading food brands on the Czech market. She participates in marketing activities and manages the company administration.

Stavba roku 2014
Galerie Šantovka became a laureate of the prestigious Building of the Year 2014 award, granted by the Foundation for the Development of Architecture and Construction. It was recognised for its sensitive urban design in central Olomouc, quality architecture and successful connection of a modern shopping centre with the surrounding public space. The project was designed by Benoy in cooperation with Czech studio A8000.

Best of Realty
Galerie Teplice was recognised in the Best of Realty competition, one of the most respected awards on the Czech real estate market. The project impressed the jury with its architecture, functionality, commercial success and positive impact on the development of central Teplice.
2013
Best Shopping Centre Development
In 2013, Galerie Šantovka received the Best Shopping Centre Development award at the CIJ Journal Awards, recognising the most significant real estate and development projects in Central and Eastern Europe. The award confirms the project’s exceptional architecture, commercial success and contribution to the urban environment.
