Šantovka Living

Šantovka Living builds on the long-term revitalisation of the former Milo industrial site in Olomouc and brings premium residential living close to the historic centre. The project uses the exceptional position of a peninsula between the Morava River and Mlýnský Stream, connecting urban living with high-quality public space and greenery.

The residential scheme comprises 240 apartments in layouts from 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom units, with sizes of approximately 32–145 m². The architectural concept by STOPRO is based on a clean design language, quality materials and a carefully composed urban layout of twelve buildings around a central park.

The design includes controlled ventilation with heat recovery, underfloor heating, optional ceiling cooling and a geothermal heating and cooling system. After completing design and preparation, DANDREET successfully sold its ownership interests in the project to further investors.
